Orders Outside the Continental USA
If you desire to make a purchase outside the USA, please contact Customer Service at 866-558-3074 or luckymagstore@evolutionimpressions.com for assistance.
General Return Policy
New, unused full price merchandise may be exchanged or returned by contacting the Lucky Mag Store Customer Service Center (phone 866-558-3074 or via email at luckymagstore@evolutionimpressions.com) within 21 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Lucky Mag Store receipt. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Receiving a Refund
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. For items directed to your Returns Center, expect your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Refunds will be issued in the original tender of the purchase.
This time period includes:
- 5 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return.
- The time it takes for your bank to process our refund request. Generally 3-5 business days.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Using our Return Mailing label
The return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etx.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amound deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
Lucky Mag Store reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
